潘荣凯,副教授,毕业于广西大学化学工艺专业,博士,目前主要从事新材料微结构与力学性能的模拟、新型轻质储氢材料的结构预测和组分设计等方面工作。主持山东省自然科学基金和山东高校科技计划项目各1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目1项,发表SCI论文十余篇,参与授权发明专利4项。
